William Dewey, CLU®, CEBS
Bill joined Brody, Walsh & Brody in July 1999. Prior to this Bill had been a consultant at Craford & Craford in Corte Madera since April 1992.
Bill was an Associate Group Manager with Prudential Insurance Company for four years and Regional Group Manager with Mutual Benefit Life (now Fortis Benefits) for three years. Both positions were in their San Francisco offices.
Bill earned his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation in 1989 and has been a Fellow of the International Society of CEBS since that time by passing their continuing education examination. Bill was the chair of the Symposium Planning Committee for the 13th Annual Employee Benefits Symposium held in Denver in October 1994. Bill served from 1992 to 1994 as the Treasurer, President and Past President of the Northern California Chapter of the International Society of CEBS.
Bill earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 1992 and is enrolled in their continued education program.
Bill graduated from Carleton College, Northfield, Minnesota, in 1985, and was a Director of their Alumni Board from 1991 to 1995. Bill serves as an Alumni Admissions Representative and was the chair of the Bay Area Carleton Club from 1989 to 1992.
Andrea Kong
Andrea joined Brody, Walsh & Brody in February 1996. She began in our Life Department and transitioned into the Employee Benefits Department in 1997. In her role as Employee Benefits Manager, she advised group accounts and supported the human resources staff of our employee benefits clients. These Employee Benefit Clients varied in size from 2 to 1000 employees. In addition, Andrea also managed the individual client business.
Andrea earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis in 1995. Today Andrea continues to work with Brody, Walsh & Brody and shares her expertise as a consultant.
